Classes
London MMA Warriors classes offer a comprehensive and dynamic approach to fitness, self-defence, and combat sports training. They are designed to cater to a wide range of individuals, from beginners to seasoned athletes, focusing on developing various martial arts disciplines, physical conditioning, and mental toughness.
Learn fundamental and advanced wrestling techniques specific to MMA. Double-leg takedowns single legs, throws, holds and controls are all mixed together in an intense cardio workout.
Wrestling
Our S&C class comprises a HIIT & Burn classes and a Fight Fit class. The class is headed by experienced instructors and is designed to optimise the body’s metabolism, whilst working on your core, flexibility, and strength.
Strength & Conditioning
Learn the art of MMA, classes combine the skills and intensity of striking, kickboxing, boxing, Wrestling, and Jiujitsu all blended together to form a complete package.
